2. Account Registration and Security
Users must provide accurate information during the subscription process. Any misuse of the platform, including unauthorized data scraping or security tampering, will result in immediate termination of the subscription without notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to API maintenance (e.g., Google Fit server downtime) or periodic system upgrades. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature without prior notice.

1. Trial and Evaluation
Users are encouraged to review the public features and demo documentations before committing to the ₹299 monthly subscription. Once the subscription API triggers the license key, it cannot be revoked or refunded.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused days in a month.
3. Technical Issues
In the rare event of a payment double-charge by the gateway, users must report it to support@solankifusion.tech with proof of transaction. Refund of double charges will be processed within 10-15 working days.
